BOB is the Business of Baking (for Beginners). It is a massive sharing of experience in operating a bakery. The hard-to-find information unless you pay for it by mistakes – And the presenters have a LOT of experience and paid for most of it.

The day is FULL. You are provided with handouts before we start in order to make note-taking easier. You either bring your lunch or purchase it in the Conventions Center Mini Food Hall. There are 2 – 15 min breaks and 55 minutes for lunch. Lite snacks, morning coffee, and water are provided.
